If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt. Or if you just don't like it, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and you will receive a full credit, exchange or refund (excluding special order or custom order merchandise).
How do returns and exchanges get billed?
In order to maintain proper inventory numbers, all returns are credited back against their original invoice.
Q: What if you already paid that invoice?
A: You should then use the credit to pay another invoice. Please make sure to indicate this when making your payment
Q: How do exchanges work?
A: The return portion is credited against the original invoice, and the replacement item is billed on a new invoice
Proftech's return policy is super simple. I love that once I request a return, it get's picked up with my next order and credited immediately.
