Return Policy
If the item is broken or damaged, contact us within 2 business days of receipt. Or if you just don't like it, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and you will receive a full credit, exchange or refund (excluding special order or custom order merchandise).
Additional details:
- All shortages and / or wrong-fills must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
- All items for return must be in original packaging and must be resalable.
- Return for full credit within 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned after 30 days may incur a small restocking fee.
- Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.
- Special order items cannot be returned for credit.
